Hey Kate,
I was writing to see if you could put in a word to get the vents in our department replaced? They've been “cleaned” by the janitorial staff according to the maintenance chart, but that smell I mentioned to you earlier is still lingering around.
I wouldn't ask if this wasn't urgent. Apparently it made Travers nauseous enough to go home earlier and we still haven't finished the test bath for this week. So if you could take care of it maybe sooner than later this time, that would be great.
